Custom Wigs:

When inquiring about a custom wig, please list desired texture, color, material, length, and cap construction. Also list any other specifics you'd like me to know when constructing your wig. Any detail not specified will be chosen by me. For example, if ethnicity of human hair is not specified, I will choose one. E.g Brazillian

"EveryShade colored"- Wig has only been colored by me.

"EveryShade constructed"- Wig has been constructed by me.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will NOT be issued for wigs when:

• Customer just doesn't like the wig.
• Length doesn't look/appear to be as long or short as expected. (I do not guarantee hair will reach a certain body part as all body proportions are different. I do however, sell the specified length you chose.)

Returns/exchanges will ONLY be available when:

• Wig is completely different than what was described in listing.
